1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CRMSOZ's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

2. Digital Product Usage

When you purchase digital products from CRMSOZ, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for personal or commercial use. You may:

• Use purchased templates for your own projects
• Modify and customize templates for personal or client work
• Create derivative works for your own use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased templates
• Claim ownership of original template designs
• Use templates in a way that violates applicable laws

3. Credit System

Credits purchased on CRMSOZ do not expire and can be used to download any available product. Credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases made.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials on CRMSOZ are the intellectual property of CRMSOZ unless otherwise stated. Your purchase grants you a license to use the materials, not ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

CRMSOZ provides digital products “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
